  1. I just wonder at what point someone decides, “you know, I think I would be a lot cooler if I could play this thing with my nose….” My guess is that it would happen in a college apartment after 2 AM when you’ve been sitting on the couch watching Sportscenter nonstop for 4 hours, when all of a sudden you somehow get bored of seeing the same 5 or 6 clips for the 20th time. Then, as you’re trying to figure out where you put the remote, you find some kind of flute-thing under the couch. After playing the most annoying noise you can with the thing, you eventually play the same note with your nose. Then your roommate steals it from you and says something like, “hey, I wonder if I can play a song with my nose… or… what if I could play it with TWO of these things? Then I’d be REALLY cool, right?” and plays the most obnoxious version of ‘Mary Had a Little Lamb’ you’ve ever heard. Mainly because it’s 2 AM, you get a few laughs. Then A.D.D. kicks in, and you find something else to keep you busy for 3-4 minutes.
